MEDINA, OHIO U.S. Congressman Max Miller (OH-07) today announced his constituent services team has helped constituents recover more than $5 million back owed to them by federal agencies.

“The most important work that we do is helping make the federal government work better for the people of Ohio’s 7th Congressional District,” said Congressman Miller.  “In less than 18 months, my team has been able to help people get their own money – more than $5 million – back from federal agencies. This is a huge accomplishment, and I am grateful for the hard work by my team and their dedication to the people of the Seventh District.”

Below are comments from some constituents for whom the Congressman’s office has helped resolve issues with federal agencies.  For privacy reasons, we may only share first names publicly.

“I would like to take a moment to thank you for your assistance in helping clarify the standings of my Social Security/Medicare benefits…You can’t imagine how much I appreciate everything you have done for me.  The next time I am in Medina visiting family I will stop by your office to thank you in person! I have subscribed to your newsletter and will be following you as you support all of us in the 7th District,” said Barbara.

“…Thank you for your office’s recent support with my social security issue. As a constituent looking for help, I could not have been better served. Specifically, you should be made aware of the excellent service provided by Jennifer of your staff from your Medina Office. Jennifer worked diligently in resolving my issue beginning in February 2023 and concluding with a tremendous positive outcome recently this May,” said Daniel.

Along with helping recover more than $5 million from federal agencies, the Congressman and his team have:
