Congressman Miller, Senator Husted, and Governor DeWine Meet with STEM Students and Advocate for NASA HQ Move
MEDINA, OHIO – U.S. Congressman Max Miller (OH-07), U.S. Senator Jon Husted, and Ohio Governor Mike DeWine met with Northeast Ohio STEM students at Great Lakes Science Center, followed by a media gathering to discuss Ohio’s effort to become the new home of NASA’s headquarters and expand missions for the world’s leading space organization.
“Ohio is ready to take NASA to new heights. From cutting-edge research to a skilled, motivated workforce, this state has everything needed to propel the agency into the future. We’re not just prepared; we’re built for it. NASA Glenn is where innovation happens,” said Congressman Miller. “A fresh, reenergized workforce in Ohio would ensure that NASA remains at the forefront of innovation, unburdened by the inertia of outdated structures in Washington. The students we met with today are proof of that. STEM is all about solving real problems. We need sharp, creative minds to lead in AI, robotics, and space technology. These students are future leaders, scientists, doctors, and astronauts. Ohio really does lead the way.”
