U.S. Congressman Max Miller Visits Stellar Automotive in Seville, Participates in Manufacturing Roundtable
Medina, Ohio – U.S. Congressman Max Miller (OH-07) participated in a roundtable discussion with local industry leaders to discuss manufacturing, tariffs, and trade. The event was coordinated with the Medina County Economic Development Corporation and hosted by Stellar Automotive.
“Manufacturing is at the core of our economy, and I know that there is a lot of untapped potential here in Ohio,” said Congressman Miller. “Today’s discussion helped me to better understand what we are missing in Washington and how Congress can help. The economic success of our nation will depend on addressing the challenges facing manufacturers with practical, common-sense solutions. When America’s industries and communities are strong, so are our national security and economy.”
The roundtable was attended by Medina County Economic Development Corporation Executive Director Bethany Dentler, Medina County Economic Development Manager Brandon Gibson, City of Brunswick Economic Development Director Grant Aungst, Fuserashi International Technology (F.I.T) Inc. President and COO Hal Wagoner, Welser Profile North America President and CEO Bill Johnson, Voestalpine Managing Partner/President Udo Koehler, ID Images Chief Information Officer Richie Muniak, Stellar Automotive President Justin Archer, Vice President of Stellar Automotive Group Nora Howsare, Mayor of Seville Carol Carter, Columbia Chemical Director of Technical Service Matt Schario, and Columbia Chemical President and CEO Brett Larick.
Prior to the roundtable, the Congressman toured Stellar Automotive and learned more about its operations. Steller Automotive opened in 1990, moved to Medina County in 1997, and moved to its current location in Seville in 2008. Steller specializes in the manufacturing of ring kits for the automotive industry.
